Luís Mah is Lecturer in Development Studies at ISEG (Lisbon School of Economics and Management), Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal; and an Associate at CEsA (Center for African and Development Studies) at ISEG. He is also a Policy and Advocacy Officer for ACEP (Association for the Cooperation of the People), a Portuguese development NGO. Niall Duggan is Lecturer in the Department of Government and Politics at University College Cork, Ireland.
