Luca S. Cocolin, PhD, is Full Professor in the Department of Agricultural, Forest, and Food Sciences at the University of Torino, Italy.

Michael Sauer, PhD, is Assistant Professor at the Department of Biotechnology of BOKU - University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, Australia.
