She has published widely on the topic, and received the title of Dr.habil for her work on 'Prevention of selected non-enzymatic modifications of proteins by natural and synthetic antioxidants' Grzegorz Bartosz is a Professor and Head of the Molecular and Biophysics Department, and the Department for Membrane Biophysics at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection at the University of Lodz in Poland. He has published widely in the field.
