Sandeep Goel is Associate Professor of Finance at the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India. He has double doctorate, one in finance and another in accounting, from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He has twenty years of industry and academic experience in different organisations and institutions of repute, including the Shri Ram Group, University of Delhi and MDI. His areas of teaching and research interests are financial reporting and analysis, corporate finance, corporate governance and earnings management. He has authored six books and published over fifty articles in national and international journals.
