Magnetic Resonance Imaging of The Pelvis
Academic Press Inc (Verlag)
978-0-323-89854-6 (ISBN)
The book covers a wide range of pelvic pathologies, and each chapter focuses on problem-solving approaches and includes tips and advice for multiple real-world scenarios. It also provides comprehensive-yet-tailored protocols, clear guidelines for indications, a detailed discussion of pathologies, descriptions of important differential diagnoses, and pitfalls and their solutions.
It is a valuable resource for radiologists, researchers, clinicians, and members of medical and biomedical fields who need to understand better how to use MRI to base their diagnosis or advance their research work.
Neeraj Lalwani, MD, is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist by the American Board of Radiology and a Fellow of the Society of Abdominal Radiology (SAR). He is an expert in body MRI and gastrointestinal imaging, particularly interested in pelvic MRI. He completed his fellowship training in Body Imaging and Non-Vascular Intervention and Body MRI at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, USA. Dr. Lalwani is an established academician and researcher in abdominal radiology and has received the most coveted American Roentgen Ray Society’s Figley Fellowship award (2019) and Radiological Society of North America’s Honored Educator award (2020).
