Dr. Sinha received the B.S. degree (1987) from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, the M.D. degree (1989) from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the Ph.D. degree (1993) from Thomas Jefferson University College of Graduate Studies, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
