This volume addresses the radiologic evaluation of all female pelvic disorders, including genito-urinary and reproductive. It covers all modalities, with particular emphasis on MRI. Importantly, it also includes one of the new modalities, transvaginal and transrectal ultrasonography. The book contains current imaging information grounded in a solid organ/ pathological approach. Each subsection contains a review of the subject with a series of state-of-the-art images displaying the normal anatomy and appearance of each organ. Normal and abnormal obstetric issues, as well as congenital and paediatric and non-gender-related pelvic problems are included.
