Former Head of Department of Meteorology, ITU. Representative of Turkey in NATO ITM of Air Pollution Modelling. Representative of University in National Atmospheric Research Council. Lead author of IPCC/TEAP Safeguarding the Ozone Layer and Global Climate System, 2005 (in preparation).
