Legal Environment of Business in the Information Age

Because of the growth of information technology, many legal issues have emerged and are occupying centre stage. This work targets future managers who will be dealing with information technology in some way, and reinforces trends in business education by providing a similar experience with law. The text emphasizes the way that regulatory law deals with changes in technology, and gives attention to E-Commerce contract law and legal protection of intellectual property.
