The definition of a supergraphic has changed over the last twenty years. Once, only a large decorative design on a wall or building was a supergraphic. Sean Adams is a founding partner of the award-winning design firm AdamsMorioka and has been cited as one of the forty most important people shaping design internationally. A former AIGA national president, he is the Executive Director of the Graphic Design Graduate Program at ArtCenter College of Design. Adams is the co-author of Logo Design Workbook and Colour Design Workbook and sole author of The Designer’s Dictionary of Colour and the series Masters of Design.
