An empowering book about tackling tricky conversations with confidence.

Change starts with dialogue, and someone who knows this all too well is writer, activist and model, Munroe Bergdorf.

While you might think that conversations won’t change lives or shake up the systems, these little acts of defiance have more value than you might realise - whether it's with friends, family, people online or a room full of strangers.

Talk To Me gives you the tools to navigate tough discussions; to change people's minds; to accept when you're wrong; and to know when to step away. Covering topics from beauty standards, cancel culture, gender identity and more, this book is an essential guide to cutting through the noise and saying what needs to be said.

While no person is too small to make a difference, no voice is either.

Munroe Bergdorf is a writer, activist and model who has spoken on international panels from Oxford to Princeton University and contributed to publications including the Guardian, Evening Standard, Grazia, i-D, Elle, Teen Vogue and British Vogue. Her highly anticipated podcast The Way We Are has seen great success on Spotify. She has been awarded an honorary doctorate for her contributions campaigning for transgender rights by the University of Brighton and was recently appointed a National Champion for UN Women UK. Her first film, ‘What Makes a Woman’ premiered on Channel 4 in 2018. She has been on the cover of Time, Teen Vogue, Hunger, Cosmopolitan and Gay Times.
