Bodhi the Pirate Dog

The Bodhi the Pirate Dog series is based on a real dog who was rescued from the streets of Romania. Dogs Walk This Way Rescue brought him to Berkshire, England where Alison was a volunteer. She adopted him three days later and named him Bodhi, which means enlightenment. She has written to books in this series and tours local schools reading her story and doing workshops with the children.
