Pragmatism-a pluralistic philosophy with kinships to phenomenology, Gestalt psychology, and embodied cognitive science-is resurging across disciplines. It has growing relevance to literary studies, the arts, and religious scholarship, along with branches of political theory, not to mention our understanding of science.
