Tessa Simpson's background is in marketing and public relations but she then moved into the training field. She began her own business in 1989, in training and career counselling before becoming a partner in Aquarius International in 2000. She writes on training and career issues and runs training workshops on a wide range of personal and interpersonal subjects.
