Funeka Y Aprilis coordinator of the BRICS Research Centre at the Human Science Research Council (HSRC). Modimowabarwa Kanyane is executive dean of the Faculty of Management, Commerce, and Law at the University of Venda. Yul Derek Davids is a research director in HSRC's Developmental, Capable, and Ethical State research division. Krish Chetty is a chief researcher in the Inclusive Economic Development research division at HSRC.
