This practical primer offers expert instruction on valuing assets. Using case studies that involve actual companies and securities, the author guides readers through the theory and application of every current valuation model, highlighting its potential pitfalls. He offers segment-by-segment analysis and suggested solutions for those types of assets where the direct application of typical valuation models traditionally break down.
