Advances in Nanoinformatics and Nanotechnology for Biomedical Applications reviews the use of informatics to design and fabricate nanotherapeutic technologies for the treatment of chronic diseases. This book introduces the basics of informatics and nanobiomedicine with special emphasis on nanotherapeutics and nanotheranostics. Key chapters cover the tools and techniques used in nanoinformatics, as well as detailing the various applications of nanoinformatics in therapeutics. The latest developments of nanoinformatics for the management of chronic human diseases is covered, including microbial infections, inflammatory disorders, cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, CNS disorders, neurological disorders, and cancer. Advances in Nanoinformatics and Nanotechnology for Biomedical Applications is an interesting and useful resource for researchers and academics in the fields of materials science, bioinformatics, and pharmaceutical science, as well as R&D groups utilizing nanoinformatics to develop novel therapies.
