The Jurisprudence of the Caribbean Court of Justice and Regional Integration

Dr. Indira Rampersad is currently the Head of the Department of Political Science and Lecturer in Political Science/International Relations at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language in Literature, a postgraduate Diploma in International Relations, a Certificate in Translation from Spanish to English, a Master of Philosophy in Latin American Literature, a Master of Philosophy in International Relations and a Ph.D. in Political Science. She also has also obtained an LEC from the Hugh Wooding Law School an LPC and an LL.M. from Staffordshire University, UK, and an LL.B. from the University of London.

The Honorable Justice Dr. Anthony D.J. Gafoor is the Chairman of the Tax Appeal Court of Trinidad and Tobago. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago; an LL.M from University of London, an M.Sc. in Finance and Financial Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London; an M.A. in Business Law from City of London/Guildhall University; an Executive LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King's College London; and an LL.B. from UWI, Cave Hill Barbados.
