The Republic of China on Taiwan in International Politics

The Editor: Marie-Luise Näth, born in 1944 in Germany, studied political science at the Free University of Berlin where she also passed her doctoral examination, and Chinese at the National Normal University in Taipei. From 1970 through 1977 she has been working at the Research Unit on Chinese and East Asian Politics at the Free University of Berlin. From 1978 through 1995 she was affiliated to the same Research Unit at the Saar University/Saarbrücken. Since 1995 she is Executive Secretary at irena at the European Academy Otzenhausen (EAO).
