Collins Big Cat supports every primary child on their reading journey from phonics to fluency. Top authors and illustrators have created fiction and non-fiction books that children love to read. Levelled for guided and independent reading, each book includes ideas to support reading. Teaching and assessment support and eBooks are also available.

Join Cleo MacGuffin, self-proclaimed 'adventuring enthusiast', their cousin Samara and their friend Prince Mateo as they find themselves caught up in thrilling quests in the fantasy world of the Kingdom of Pages.

The Wandering Watchers, the three most famous adventurers in the Kingdom of Pages, are Samara's heroes. After following the Watchers to see them in action, Samara and Cleo accidentally cause them to fall into a trap. They must find a way to save them, but they can't do it alone …

Emerald/Band 15 books provide a widening range of genres including science fiction and biography, prompting more ways to respond to texts.

Pages 46 and 47 allow children to re-visit the content of the book, supporting comprehension skills, vocabulary development and recall.

Ideas for reading in the back of the book provide practical support and stimulating activities.

As an autistic and ADHD author, Michelle strives to write stories showing neurodivergent kids getting to be themselves without shame. They also are a fan of fantasy and adventure stories, which meant they were overjoyed to write the Kingdom of Pages series. It's a series full of adventure, mysterious places, and the very real struggles of figuring out friendship and trying to help others. Much like Cleo in the series, Michelle can't wait to see what adventures they have next!
