Dr. Anjana is currently working at the post of Assistant Regional Director at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Regional Centre, Noida. Her research interests include application of information and communication technology for efficient delivery of learner support services in Open and Distance Learning system, massive open online courses and technology-enabled learning. She has a number of research papers, review articles and book chapters to her credit and has participated in various national and international conferences, symposia as well as webinars.
