Robert MacDougall, authorship team leader, has been teaching communication for 20 years. He is professor of communication at Curry College and coordinator of the video game studies concentration. He also served as coordinator of the Faculty Center for Professional Development & Curriculum Innovation. His teaching and research center on the cognitive, social, and epistemological roles played by communication media and technology today and throughout history. He holds an M.A. and a D.A. from the University at Albany.
