The Rules of Mentorship highlights the lessons learned from Groupon co-founder Brad Keywell's 35-year mentorship with business legend Sam Zell. Throughout the course of their mentorship and friendship, Sam and Brad would meet in person nearly every month to listen, learn, share, and reflect. The wisdom and perspective Brad gained from these meetings is distilled in The Rules of Mentorship, as well as advice on finding a mentor, cultivating a great mentorship, and contextualizing how a mentorship adds to the richness of a life well lived. The perfect gift for the recent graduate or someone looking for a career change, The Rules of Mentorship provides a framework that can be widely used to spark the vibrant flame of mentorship.
