Timothy Felton is passionate about youth and sports, which reflects in his productive career. Timothy has a unique, humorous style of approach that relates to all youth no matter what environment they are from. Timothy provides hands on, down to earth teachings that meet youth on their level. From low ACT scores to graduating from college and more, Timothy Felton inspires and motivates youth of all ages, academically, athletically and personally. Born and raised in the inner-city of St. Louis, Missouri, Timothy played high school football at Charles Sumner High School, the first predominantly Black high school west of the Mississippi. A former student-athlete, Timothy spent most of his career as a juvenile officer and now spends his time as a GED case manager and high school football and track coach. Timothy provides consultation to parents concerning high school eligibility and gives advice on the recruiting process for student-athletes. His new book The Undrafted is his journey through athletics and life after. Timothy escaped the deadly St. Louis streets and personal struggles and ultimately graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, participated in Pro-Day workouts with NFL teams and is currently a graduate student and future PhD student. In The Undrafted, Timothy highlights some of the major characteristics that shaped his life: Respect (when you show you have respect for yourself first); Keeping a cool temper (you should not cause your team to be penalized because you cannot control your anger; coaches see players with bad tempers as long-term problems); Accountability (being on time and being there for your teammates is extremely important to coaches; being accountable also shows you are capable of managing your own life); Being coachable (you cannot think you know everything; you must listen to your coaches); Being teachable (when lessons are taught, there is always a teacher and a student; we must remain teachabl

Timothy Felton, a former defensive back, takes you through a journey and life of an athlete who overcomes many obstacles such as: near death moments, drug dealers, injuries, tragedies, and the academic storm that almost cost him his eligibility and dream of playing football on a higher level. Many see your glory, but fail to learn your story. The Undrafted book, tells the story of his twelve-year football career. He went from a low ACT score to doing much more in life. The objective of The Undrafted is to help student-athletes maintain a balance between academics, athletics, and life after. His mission in writing the book is to show people that trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ, following their passions and purpose can shift them from tragedy to a triumphant life.
