Dr Hugh F. O’Donnell is a Senior Principal in General Practice and a Medico-Legal Specialist with almost 40 years experience. He has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry and the International Certificate in Neuropharmacology He is also an occasional lecturer in Forensic Medicine at the University Hospital Galway.
