Royal Blue Recollections illustrates the story of this well loved and much respected coach operation, from its origins in the days of horse drawn vehicles and its development while in the ownership of the Elliott family, through the further expansion of express services during ownership by Western National and Southern National, continuing to what for many was a sad day when this proud organisation was subsumed into the rather bland overall white livery of National Express.Throughout its history Royal Blue maintained a first class public image, and a journey by Royal Blue coach was always something rather special and enjoyable.
