Leo Wiegman helped his village become the first municipal customer of wind power in the state of New York in 2005. He served as an elected Trustee in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson for 3 terms from 2001 to 2007. In 2008, Leo founded E to the fourth Strategic Communications and serves as its instigator-in-chief.
