Dicey and Morris on the Conflict of Laws - Third Cumulative Supplement to the Eleventh Edition

This supplement brings the 11th edition up to date to January 1990. All developments in case and statute law since publication of the original volume are considered and interpreted, and cross-referenced to pages of the main work. Of particular interest are changes related to the "Family Law Act 1986" and a substantial part of the "Family Law Reform Act 1987". These are fully incorporated in the publication with two revised chapters on children and matrimonial causes.
