This revised and updated textbook has been designed for advanced quantum physics courses. It includes discussion of scattering and integral quantum mechanics, relativistic quantum mechanics, quantum fields and many-body theory.

Rubin H. Landau is Professor of Physics at Oregon State University, Corvallis. He is the author of the first edition of this book and coauthor of A Scientist's and Engineer's Guide to Workstations and Supercomputers, also available from Wiley. He has authored over 80 research papers and conference talks on particle, nuclear, and atomic physics; and has done work at IBM Research, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, TRIUMF, and the Universities of Melbourne, Adelaide, British Columbia, Pittsburgh, and Surrey.
