Garry Egger MPH PhD MAPs is the Director of the Centre for Health Promotion and Research in Sydney and an Adjunct Professor in Lifestyle Medicine at Southern Cross University in Lismore NSW. He has worked in clinical and public health since 1972, and has been a consultant to the World Health Organisation, Industry and several government organisations, as well as being involved in medical and allied health education. He is the author of 25 books, over 100 scientific articles and numerous popular press articles and appearances. Dr Andrew Binns AM, BSc, MBBS, DRCOG, DA, FACRRM is a general practitioner in Lismore, rural NSW. He has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and its relevance in primary care. He is an Adjunct Professor, Division of Health and Applied Sciences, Lismore Campus, Southern Cross University. He is also medical editor of GP Speak, a bi-monthly magazine for the Northern Rivers General Practice Network. Professor Stephan Rossner MD PhD is professor of health behavior research at the Karolinska institute in Stockholm, Sweden and director of the Obesity Unit at the Karolinska University Hospital, Huddinge Stockholm. He has worked with international obesity related matters for more than 20 years and served as the Secretary, Vice President and eventually President of the International Association for the Study of Obesity (IASO). He has published more than 500 scientific articles on nutrition and life style related matters, written more than 20 books for the lay press, appeared repeatedly in media and also promoted health as a stand-up comedian in so-called science theatre.
