This CD-ROM contains the complete text and illustrations from the second edition of the book of the same name, which offered more than a thousand colour photographs of CT scans juxtaposed with corresponding line diagrams. As well as accessing the content of the book electronically, the user can take advantage of a vast library of MRI scans. Using an on-screen outline of a body, the user selects which parts of the body he wishes to see in cross section, and in which plane. The cross section is then shown, with specific types of tissue highlighted in colour if so requested. Minimum Requirements: 386, 4Mb RAM, SVGA, DOS 5, Windows 3.1 There is no mac version.
