Positioning in Anesthesia and Surgery

A reference and technique manual covering patient positioning in anaesthesia and surgery. Separate chapters discuss the physiology, the technique, and the possible complications of each technique. A reference organization groups positioning chapters by the body's relation to the supporting surface of the table. Specific problems and subgroups of patients also receive full chapter coverage.
