Timothy Tansey, PhD is an associate professor in the Rehabilitation Counselor Education program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Fong Chan, Ph.D is the Norman L. and Barbara M. Berven Professor of Rehabilitation Psychology (Emeritus) in the Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
