Designed as a patient information service for general practitioners and hospital staff, this is a collection of descriptive, single-sheet summaries of over 300 common disorders, medical investigations and surgical procedures. Each sheet can be reproduced and handed out to patients.

A unique patient information service for GPs, hospital staff and pharmacists, PatientWise is a comprehensive collection of descriptive, single-sheet summaries of some 300 common disorders, medical investigations and surgical procedures. Each one is presented on a single A4 sheet for reproduction either by photocopying from the looseleaf file or by printing from the disk-based version, to be handed to the patient following verbal consultation in the surgery, clinic, pharmacy or ward. The descriptions are written specifically for patients by a group of specialists in the range of relevant fields, and edited by a hospital physician and a GP. Each disorder is described in a set format. Supplements and updates will be offered annually.
