This second edition is revised to give greater emphasis to clinical methods and applications. Existing chapters expand on topics such as recovered childhood memories and integrity testing, and chapters on detection of denied substance abuse and self-report measures of malingering.; In addition, the volume has been updated to incorporate new test methods such as the PAI and MMPI-A, as well as revisions to existing tests, including the MMPI-2 and the MCMI-III.

Richard Rogers, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., is nationally recognized for his work in clinical and forensic psychology. He is the recipient of the Distinguished Contributions to Forensic Psychology Award from the American Academy of Forensic Psychology and the Amicus Award from the American Academy of Psychiatry and Law.
