This Baby Bible is a treasured gift and a perfect starter Bible to share with a much-loved child.
The Baby Bible was first published in 2006, written by new mum Sarah Toulmin as a way of sharing the stories she so loved with her own little ones. Her ultra simple retellings of 20 favourite stories, from creation to the resurrection, are filled with a sense of wonder, expressing God's love for creation.
Combining with Kristina Stephenson's heartwarming illustrations, this delightful little Bible offers lots to look at and point to on the page, to create the perfect focus for parent and child when sharing this delightful book together.
The Baby Bible is now available in this small format gift edition, presented with gilt edges and a ribbon marker, (shrink-wrapped with a display band for protection until purchase).
Sarah Toulmin (Author) Sarah Toulmin studied for a degree in English at Oxford University and has worked in education and publishing. Now a mother to three children, Sarah started writing when pregnant with her first child, who was the inspiration - and critic! - for the Baby Bible. She and her husband, Miles, have lived in Kuala Lumpur for the last 10 years where they are the founding pastors of HTBB church. Kristina Stephenson (Illustrator) Kristina Stephenson trained as a set and costume designer and for many years she worked in theatre and television while dreaming of having children and illustrating books for them. Both dreams came true and Kristinanow lives and works in Salisbury with her musician husband and two children who provide all the humour and inspiration anyone could want.
