Frank Peretore, Esq. is the founding partner of the law firm of Peretore & Peretore, P.C. with offices located in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Peretore is a Georgetown University Law Center graduate with over 20 years experience in representing national and regional financial institutions and lessors from the transactional and financing stages through the litigation stage in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He also represents creditors in general commercial litigation and foreclosure matters. Mr Peretore writes articles in a variety of legal publications, and is a frequent speaker at The Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL).
