Key take-aways from neuroscience that explains how your emotions work – and how to work WITH your nervous system to feel less stressed and anxious.
'Lightbulb' insights from the world of neuroscience to help you work WITH your nervous system to feel better.

Discover how our very tangible experiences of anxiety, stress or low mood (which we often feel are wrong) are a natural response from our central nervous system. Learning how to retrain your complex autonomic nervous system – and adapt to it – is the key to improving your happiness levels.

Expert authors Dr Cotterill and Dr Pradhan explain the theory behind the brain-body-emotion connection, and offer therapeutic tools to retrain your system so that you can boost your mood, combat anxiety and relieve stress.

The New Science of Happy gives PRACTICAL ways of incorporating the learnings of neuroscience into your life.
